Maintenance & Training Program

Chamotor offers a maintenance training program that will properly prepare the vehicle operating company to maintain its vehicle fleet. The training sessions include both classroom instructions as well as hand-on repair work in the depot maintenance area.

In addition, Chamotor povides a separate "train-the-trainers" program for a smaller group of individuals. This particular training program will enable the vehicle operator to directly train new maintenance staff in the future. Once fully completed, the maintenance-training program will enable the fleet operator to oversee ALL scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance activites of the vehicles.

In order to ensure disciplined operation of the vehicle fleets, Chamotor also offers a driver training program that will instill safe and professional driving skills. This program will prepare the drivers to undertake licensing exams under local laws to operate large public transport vehicles.
